Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods and virtual items, all refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Items


The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

•  Virtual currency, coins, gems, or any in-game credits

•  Consumable items that have been used, redeemed, or expired

•  Items purchased from third-party stores or unauthorized resellers

•  Gifts that have been accepted by the recipient

•  Purchases made beyond the eligible refund window


3. How to Request a Refund


To submit a refund request:


1.  Contact our Player Support Team via the in-game settings or email at [email protected] 

2.  Provide the following information:

•  Your account email / User ID

•  Order number or transaction ID

•  Item name and date of purchase

•  Reason for refund request

•  Proof of purchase (receipt or screenshot)


3.  Wait for review: We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision


4. Refund Processing


•  Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible

 •  Refund processing time: 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider

•  If original payment method is unavailable, refund will be issued as store credit to your account wallet

•  A processing fee of 5 USD may be deducted from the refund amount for payment method handling


5. Abuse of Refund Policy


We reserve the right to deny refund requests and suspend accounts if we determine that a user is abusing the refund policy, including but not limited to:

•  Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same item

•  Requesting refunds after significant gameplay or item usage

•  Fraudulent refund claims or chargebacks


6. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review this policy periodically.
